These terms apply to the ondaqua.com website and the Ondaqua app. By using them you accept them. If anything is unclear, write to ciao@ondaqua.com.
Who we are
Ondaqua is a service of CSIDigital LLC, 407 Lincoln Road, Suite 708, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (United States). Contact: ciao@ondaqua.com.
What Ondaqua is
A free tool for people starting an aquarium: from your tank size and your city it tells you which fish and plants handle your water, how many to keep and what to buy; it has a test diary and an AI assistant for questions. Paid features (Premium), when they exist, will show their terms and price clearly before you pay.
Information, not veterinary advice
Data on species, plants and water come from published sources that we cite, but every aquarium is different. What Ondaqua says is general information to guide you: it does not replace a vet or a professional. If your fish get sick, see a specialist. Always check your water with a test.
The AI assistant
The assistant's answers are generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Use them as help, not as the truth. Under each answer you can report a mistake. Do not write personal data in questions or notes: if some slips in, we remove it before sending the text (see Privacy). There is a daily limit of free questions.
Your diary data
The diary (tanks, fish, tests, notes) stays on your phone, not on our servers. Backups are up to you: if you clear your browser data or change phone without a backup, it is lost.
Links to shops
Some links go to shops (for example Amazon or Tiendanimal). As affiliates we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Shops have their own terms; we do not sell anything directly.
Fair use
Do not use Ondaqua to cause harm, to flood the service with automated requests or to copy its content in bulk. We may limit access for anyone who does.
Content
Texts, species sheets, drawings, videos and the guide belong to Ondaqua or their authors (species photos show author and licence). You may use them for your aquarium and share the links; you may not resell them.
Changes and availability
Ondaqua is in a test phase and may change, have errors or stop for a while. If we change these terms the date above changes; for important changes we post a notice on the site.
Liability
We do our best to keep the data correct, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free or be responsible for what happens in your tank because of decisions based only on Ondaqua. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer law of your country.
